1. How do I start the process of buying a tiny house?
It’s simple! Browse our Available Homes, or if you have a custom idea, fill out our Design Inquiry Form. The next step is a no-pressure consultation call with one of our tiny house specialists to discuss your needs, timeline, and budget.

2. Do you only sell pre-designed models, or can I customize?
We offer both! You can purchase one of our beautifully crafted, move-in ready Available Models. Alternatively, our Custom Build Program allows you to modify an existing floor plan or work with our design team to create a truly one-of-a-kind home from scratch.

3. What is the typical timeline from order to delivery?
For an available model, delivery can often be arranged within 4-8 weeks, depending on location. For a custom build, the process typically takes 4-6 months from finalized design to delivery. We’ll provide a detailed timeline upon project commitment.

4. Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes! We partner with several lenders who specialize in tiny house and RV-style loans. We also offer structured payment plans throughout the build process. Learn more on our dedicated Financing Page.

Delivery, Setup & Logistics

5. Do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
We deliver nationwide to the contiguous United States. Delivery costs vary based on distance, route, and permitting requirements. We provide a detailed delivery quote as part of your purchase agreement. We handle all the logistics of permits, escorts, and setup on your prepared site.

6. What do I need to prepare for delivery?
You will need a prepared site. This typically includes a level, stable foundation (like a gravel pad, concrete piers, or a permanent foundation), and access to utilities (or plans for off-grid systems). We provide a comprehensive Site Preparation Guide upon purchase.

7. Are your tiny houses certified for road travel?
All our homes on wheels are built to RVIA (Recreational Vehicle Industry Association) standards and/or applicable ANSI codes. This includes a third-party inspection for safety and ensures they are legally considered “park model RVs” for towing and registration purposes.

Legal & Zoning

8. Where can I legally put my tiny house?
This is the most critical question. Zoning laws vary widely by city, county, and state.

• On Wheels: Many owners place their homes in private RV parks, tiny house communities, or on private land (often requiring a conditional use permit).

• On a Foundation: Some areas allow tiny houses on foundations as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
  We strongly recommend you research your local zoning ordinances before purchasing. We provide general resources, but final verification is the responsibility of the homeowner.

9. How do I insure my tiny house?
Insuring a tiny house is straightforward. If on wheels, it can often be insured as a park model RV. If on a permanent foundation, it may qualify for traditional homeowner’s insurance or a specialized tiny house policy. We can recommend providers experienced with tiny homes.

Construction & Specifications

10. What are your tiny houses built with?
We use high-quality, sustainable materials designed for durability and efficiency. Our standard build includes:

• Trailer: A custom-welded, heavy-duty steel frame.

• Walls: 2×4 or 2×6 construction with high-R-value insulation.

• Siding: LP SmartSide or durable metal siding.

• Roof: Standing seam metal or architectural shingles.

• Interior: Premium finishes like vinyl plank flooring, solid wood cabinetry, and quartz or butcher block countertops.

11. Are they suitable for full-time, four-season living?
Absolutely. Our homes are built for year-round comfort. We use advanced insulation techniques (spray foam in critical areas), install energy-efficient windows, and offer optional packages like upgraded heating systems (mini-splits, propane heaters) and enhanced underbelly insulation for harsh climates.

12. What about plumbing and electrical?
Our homes come fully equipped with standard residential 120V electrical systems and complete plumbing for a kitchen and bathroom (including a shower, toilet, and sinks). We can also design for off-grid capabilities with solar power, composting toilets, and larger water tanks.

Warranty & Support

13. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We stand behind our craftsmanship. Our tiny houses come with a 1-year comprehensive warranty on workmanship and materials. Manufacturer warranties apply to appliances and specific components. Full warranty details are provided in your contract.

14. What kind of ongoing support do you offer?
Our relationship doesn’t end at delivery. We provide detailed owner’s manuals, maintenance checklists, and are always just a phone or email away for questions. We can also connect you with certified service providers in your area if needed.
